SHIPPING POLICY

La Ola currently ships via USPS (United States Postal Services).  All orders are processed; Monday – Friday, please allow 1-3 business days for processing time.

 

RETURN POLICY

We love all the products that we carry, and we hope you do, too!  However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your product(s), or received the wrong item(s), you may return the item(s) with the terms below:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Customers have thirty (30) days after they receive their order to return their item(s).
  • SALE ITEMS are not Returnable. 

We will offer a store credit for the same amount the customer paid. 

To complete your return, send us an email with your request at:  laolapr@yahoo.com   

In the email, include:

  • Subject: “RETURNS”.
  • Order number.
  • The item(s) you would like to return.
  • Why you would like to return the item(s).

Please do not send any returns without first receiving a Return Authorization number. 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
